1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, and using DevCleaner (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

3. License Grant
DevCleaner is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application on your Mac for personal or commercial development purposes, subject to these terms.
- Free Tier: Manual cleanup, basic scanning, and Quick Clean features are available at no cost indefinitely.
- Pro Tier: Automation features (Auto Clean, Smart Triggers, Project Hibernation) require a valid license or active trial.
4. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
- Rent, lease, or lend the Application
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Application
- Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Application
- Use the Application to harm, harass, or abuse any person or system
5. No Warranties
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In particular: DevCleaner performs file operations on your system. While we design the tool to be safe and thoroughly test every category, we cannot guarantee that it will not delete data or cause system issues in all circumstances. You use the Application at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BO Gastro Services s.r.o. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $0 if you have not paid anything.
7. Pro License Terms
Trial: A 14-day free Pro trial is available on first use. Trials are non-renewable per device/license key.
Activation: Pro features require a valid license key, activated on your Mac. Each license can be activated on up to 3 of your Macs simultaneously.
Pricing: Yearly plans are $19.99/year. Lifetime licenses are priced dynamically: early adopters get $29 for the first 25 licenses, then regular price $59. Renewal: Yearly licenses auto-renew on their anniversary date; you can cancel anytime. Lifetime licenses do not expire.
No Refunds: Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in the Application are owned by BO Gastro Services s.r.o., protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Third-Party Services
The Application relies on third-party services including:
- Stripe Payments: Payment processing and license validation (see Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Command-line tools: Docker, Xcode, Android Studio, and other dev tools present on your Mac
We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these services.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application. Free tier users may always reinstall the Application.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective" date. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be exclusively resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, at our discretion.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
